🌙 General ✨

⋅ Commissioner must be 18 years or older to commission me.
⋅ My turnaround time ranges between 1-8 weeks. You'll be notified, if I'll need more time for any reason.
⋅ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

🌙 Updates and Edits ✨

⋅ Commissioners will be sent a sketch for approval before the commission is finished (except YCH commissions). Extra updates may be requested at any time.
⋅ Major edits must be made at the sketch stage.
⋅ Minor edits can be made at any time (For YCH even after sending final piece).
⋅ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to request appropriate edits at the agreed upon stages.

🌙 Refunds ✨

⋅ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and a full refund will be given.
⋅ For cancellation and refunds please refer to Vgen rules.

🌙 Rights and Agreements ✨

⋅ I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork. I may use the commissioned artwork in advertising, portfolios, public postings, etc.
⋅ Commissioners may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only, such as icons, profile pictures, banners, public postings, etc with credit to LavBlueberry.
⋅ Commissioners may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial use such as merchandise, product advertising, or postings under paid subscriptions.
⋅ Commissioned artwork may NOT be used or sold in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency.
